Out of my 3 seasons at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Aston is the one design talent that stood out amongst the rest as a great graphic designer, very dependable, and was courteous to my entire staff at the Buccaneers. There is something to be said when a project has a fast deadline where stress is involved with the whole team; to remain calm, composed and communicate in an appropriate manner is exactly what Aston did. Exactly why we brought him on as a freelance designer when he was done with the internship. He is one of the few interns that I still keep in touch with and I am excited to see his current design capabilities progress from when I used to work with him.
